Can I change plans at any time?

To change your current paid plan, please contact us at support@mindomo.com and we will give you further instructions.

Does my subscription get auto-renewed?

No. We do not auto-renew your subscription. We will send you an e-mail notification before the expiration date and ask you to renew your subscription personally.

What kind of payment do you accept?

You can make the online payment for your account either through PayPal, wire transfer or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Card International and JCB through our online payment system.

How do I cancel my subscriptions?

All packages are pre-payments for a certain period. After the expiration date, your subscription is automatically cancelled, unless you personally extend it.
